OURS PROGRAMS
JUMP IN TECH
“JUMP IN TECH” aims to train and inspire girls to enter the trades of the 21st century. This program consists of an awareness phase in schools and youth structures, followed by 4 intensive weeks of introduction to computers and digital technology. It introduces girls between the ages of 14 and 17 to the technical professions of information technology to enable them to broaden their professional and career choices.
AMBASSADORS
“AMBASSADORS” aims to support the ambitions and directional choices of JUMP IN TECH Alumnae. This program accompanies them over the long term in the development of their digital skills, their leadership and their commitment to diversity in digital."
BECOMLEADER
The BECOMLEADER project aims to foster the engagement and leadership of Ambassadors in projects within their community and to establish a shared governance of the association in 2024. Ambassadors will have a role in strategic decision-making processes, the choice of activities and their implementation.
TOGETHER IN TECH
The TOGETHER IN TECH project provides solutions to address two types of major challenges faced by women in higher education, especially in computer and digital studies, where female students represent just 10% of the workforce:

- discriminations,
BECOMTECH acts on the challenges inherent in this new stage of building their educational and professional, organizational, and economic paths.
THE BECOMTECHGALAXY
CORE PROGRAMMES
BECOMTECH programmes are structured around an educational continuum. The diversity of active pedagogies and the quality of their evaluations are aimed at developing girls’ skills.
THE GIRLS’ JOURNEY
Participants develop confidence, technical skills, and soft skills. They discover their talents and gradually increase their leadership in the service of their ambitions.
THE PARTNERS’ UNIVERSE
More and more entities are committing themselves to BECOMTECH, and the association’s partners include institutional supporters (including 3 ministries), corporate foundations, philanthropic foundations, national and international companies, schools, associations, universities and local digital players.
THE SCOPE OF IMPACTS
BECOMTECH is a high-performance, growing and easily activated protein network for its stakeholders. Within the BECOMTECH galaxy, the impacts are multiplying: those of the beneficiaries who obtain professional opportunities and of the professionals who keep this network alive.
JUMP IN TECH
BECOMTECH introduces girls to computer programming and digital communication during 4 intensive weeks in the summer. They are preceded by an awareness-raising phase in schools and youth structures.

What?
4 free weeks in a promotion of 15 girls to discover the world of digital technology and computing. Code your own website, discover AI and robotics, film and edit videos, meet inspiring women, become super comfortable in front of others, visit tech companies, discover the jobs of the future!
Where and When?
8 JUMP IN TECH programmes take place nationwide (Paris, Créteil, Lyon, Nantes, Carrières-sous-Poissy, Cergy, Marseille) in person and online! The JUMP IN TECH program is 100% free of charge and takes place during the summer vacations, from July 08 to August 02, 2024 in the classroom.

For whom?
ALL curious and motivated girls between 14 and 17 years old, without any prerequisites. You want to discover the digital world, you're wondering about your career choices, you want to join a community of girls who help each other and you are available this summer? This program is for you!
AMBASSADORS
BECOMTECH accompanies the Ambassadors, alumnae of JUMP IN TECH promotions, over the long term.
- 564 girls from the third year of secondary school to 5 years post baccalaureate
- 194 hours dedicated to inspiration
- 58 activities dedicated to the Community
- 4,298 people reached and initiated
What?
They are 435 girls/women committed to gender diversity in the digital field. The BECOMTECH Ambassadors form a community made up of alumnae from the JUMP IN TECH programmes. In this capacity, they are accompanied in the long term by BECOMTECH in their orientation projects and ambitions. They benefit from individual and collective support for several years.
Where and when?
Nationally and year-round, based on tech opportunities and BECOMTECH activities.
For whom?
The Ambassadors lead introductory sessions to code with all audiences (adults, professionals, young people, etc.) and are digital referents in their family environment. They demonstrate their digital expertise at school meetings and show girls that they have their place in the digital field.
BECOMLEADER
BECOMTECH develops the leadership of Ambassadors through projects aimed at the development of their community.

What is it?
Ambassadors of the BECOMLEADER promotion develop projects that meet the needs of their Community. They work around a shared vision with BECOMTECH. It is an entrepreneurship program at the heart of the shared governance desired and supported by the BECOMTECH association.
Where and when?
All year round, with one new promotion per year.
For whom?
BECOMTECH Ambassadors, upon application to the association.
TOGETHER IN TECH
BECOMTECH works to prevent female computer science students from dropping out and to develop a culture of equality in higher education institutions.
- 15 students in 1st or 2nd year post-baccalaureate
- 10 BECOMTECH Ambassadors
- 5 universities and 3 partner companies
- 200 students reached in universities
- 50 members of education staff reached
What is it?
TOGETHER IN TECH is a programme dedicated to female students who have chosen a course of study in computer science or digital technology to work towards more gender diversity in the digital sector.
Where and when?
In France, with a free 3-day intensive boot camp. Followed by an integration within the community of Ambassadors for long-term monitoring and support of student initiatives to strengthen the culture of equality and reduce the risks of gender and sexual violence in the IT and digital fields.
For whom?
25 participants in total. Students apply to the association.
FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS
What’s the cost?
It’s free! So you don’t have to babysit every weekend for three months to be able to take part.
PREREQUISITE
I’ve never studied IT and I don’t know a lot about technical subjects. Will I be lost?
You don’t need to have hacked into NASA or built a chatbot to sign up! You don’t need any experience in IT or digital.
AVAILABLITY
I’m only free for two weeks. Can I still take part?
If you can’t attend the entire program due to other commitments (activities, vacations, etc.), we’re sorry but you won’t be able to take part this year. Try again next year!
MATERIEL
Do I have to bring my computer and lunch?
BECOMTECH will provide a computer and all the equipment you need (a smartphone for videos, etc.). If you’re taking part in the program online, your computer will arrive in your mailbox! You don’t even need to bring a sandwich. All meals and snacks are also provided.
CONNEXION
I want to take part in the program online but my connection is bad.
A 3G or 4G key will be provided with your computer for the duration of the program! (provided that the region is covered by the 3G/4G network)
TRAVEL PASS
I don’t have a travel pass to get to the site.
Don’t worry. BECOMTECH will provide a travel pass throughout JUMP IN TECH.
